Refund Policy

Scanotron is a product of Netmana LLC, a Hawaii-based technology company (netmana.net). Here's how refunds work.

Free Tier

The free tier (20 scans/day) requires no payment. There is nothing to refund.

Pro Subscriptions

The Scanotron Pro plan is available at $18.99/month or $199/year. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. When you subscribe, your billing relationship is with Paddle.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from within the app. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
